Clinton Fuemmeler, 22, of Moberly,MO was driving a 2004 Dodge at 1:45AM on September 4, on Route M at Middle Grove when he and an occupant were involved in an accident. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop B, Fuemmeler's vehicle began to skid and travelled off the rightside of the roadway and overturned. Both Fuemmeler and occupant, Cody Watson, 23, of Bevier, MO were ejected.
Fuemmeler sustained only minor injuries and refused treatment at the scene. Watson sustained serious injury and was airlifted to University Hospital in Columbia, MO.
According to the Missouri State Highway Partrol Arrest Report, Fuemmeler was arrested and on a 24 hour hold in Monroe County for Felony Assault 2nd Vehicular Injury.
