Wendy Lingenfelter, 39 and Jason Shuck, 32, of Fulton, MO both sustained minor injuries in an accident that occured at 12:05PM on September 13th on Route D near Deer Run. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop F, the accident occured when Lingenfelter, who was driving a 2003 Ford, ran off the right side of the road, overcorrected, crossed the roadway again, ran off the left side of the road and struck a tree.
Lingenfelter and Shuck were both transported to University Hospital by ambulance. The crash was investigated by Corporal Stegeman.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Arrest Reports, Lingenfelter was arrested for 1) DWI, 2) Careless and Imprudent Driving Resulting in an Accident.
