Nicholas White, 32, of Springfield, MO was seriously injured after being struck with a truck on August 23 at 9:52PM on Highway 160, a half mile west of Springfield. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop D, White was attempting to cross lanes of Highway 160 and was struck by a 2008 Dodge that was being driven by Sharon Hancock, 65, of Springfield, MO. White was taken to Cox South Hospital in Springfield. The accident was investigated by Trooper Stevens.
