Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a two car accident at 7:45 a.m. on July 1, 2010 in Randolph County, Missouri. On County Road 2360 at County Road 2356, a 1997 Chevrolet Cavalier driven by 34 year old Bryan Ford of Moberly crested a hill and collided with a 2003 Ford Explorer driven by 50 year old Dr. Mona Afrassiab, also of Moberly.
Shayda Afrassiab, 14 of Moberly was a passenger in Dr. Affrasiab's vehicle and both she and Dr. Affrasiab sustained minor injuries. Mr. Ford sustained moderate injuries. All three people involved were transported by the Randolph County Ambulance District to Moberly Regional Medical Center.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol was assisted by the Randolph County Fire Department and the Randolph County Sheriff's Department.
