Cody Robinett, 25, of Eldon, Missouri, and Timothy Whittle, 21, of Russellville, Missouri were involved in a single car crash March 18th, 2010 on Route W at Old Highway 5.
According to report of the the Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop F, Robinett, who was driving a 1994 Jeep, failed to to negotiate a curve, causing his vehicle to run off the right side of the road and strike a ditch.
Whittle was taken to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach, Missouri for medical treatment. The Missouri State Highway Patrol was assisted by the Morgan County Sheriff's Office.
