Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop B reported a crash that occurred last night on MO Route 19, 4 miles north of Center, Missouri. At approximately 7:19p.m., Debra Pursifull, 51 of Vandalia, Missouri was operating a 2008 Dodge Avenger when she slowed to make a left turn. She was struck in the rear by a 1997 Ford Escort, operated by Dennis White, 54 of Center, Missouri when he failed to stop behind her.
Pursifull sustained moderate injuries and was transported by Ralls County Ambulance to Hannibal Hospital. The MSHP was assisted by Ralls County Sheriff, New London Police, and the Center Fire Department.
