The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a one vehicle crash that occurred on November 20, 2009 at 10:30 p.m. on Fifth and Walnut in Rolla, Missouri. Kristine Ruegg, 29 of Rolla, was driving a 1995 Pontiac southbound when she traveled off the roadway, then back onto the roadway before coming to rest.
Ruegg was not injured, however her passenger, 27 year old Annette Shockley, also of Rolla sustained serious injuries. She was transported by Phelps County Ambulance to Phelps County Regional medical center for treatment.
