Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop A reported a motor vehicle crash in Carroll County, Missouri on November 11, 2009 at around 6:0p.m. on County Road 120 near the intersection of County Road 261. Neesa Long, 17 of Tina, Missouri was driving a 1983 Ford Ranger when she crested a hill and lost control of the truck. She ran off the right side of the road and hit a concrete retaining wall and then overturned. The truck came to rest on its top in a creek bed.
Jayde Coldiron, 16 of Dawn, Missouri sustained serious injuries as a result of the crash. She was transported by Carroll County EMS to Hedrick Medical Center in Chillicothe for treatment.
Charges and further investigation are pending for Long.
