Catherine Ralph, 75 of Memphis, Missouri sustained moderate injuries in a head on collision on October 3rd in Scotland County, Missouri.
Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop B reports that Ralph was driving a 1988 Chevy when she crossed the centerline and struck a 2007 Ford operated by David Peterson, also of Memphis.
Ralph was transported by Scotland County Ambulance to Memphis Hospital. She was then transferred to University of Missouri Hospital by Staff for Life helicopter.
